How Do I Log-in?

The Member Log-in icon is located at the top right of any page of the website. Click the Member Log-in icon ONCE.


When the log-in pop up shows, enter your email address and password. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot password".  You will receive a password reset email. Follow through instructions to reset your password.

If you prefer to enter your Log-in information on a large page, just click the blue "LOG IN" button without entering anything. It will present a full Log-in page.

Applicants on the waiting list can also log in to the website and can update their profile. However, they will not be allowed accessing information restricted to member-only.  


What is the Password Format?

The password you create must be:
  • Minimum of 7 characters
  • Maximum of 50 characters
  • Any combination of letters, numbers and characters (except spaces)

    Your password is case sensitive. It is a good practice to create a strong password to maintain the security of all members' personal information.  A strong password is a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols (@, #, $, %, etc.), and the longer it is the stronger it is.  


    How Do I Change My Password?

    To change your password, you must already be logged in.

    Click the log-in icon ONCE.  Your name will be presented in a small box.  Click the Change password link to change your password.

    It is good practice to change your password periodically.



    What Happens after I Log in?

    Normally, you will be presented with Home page. But if you have  an  open invoice, you will be directed to the Invoices and payments tab in your Member Profile. 

    If your membership renewal date has passed, you will be directed to the Profile page where you can renew your membership.

    How to connect  to a ZOOM meeting?

    Instructions on accessing and using Zoom

    Zoom works best on a computer or tablet that has a microphone and camera.

    If your device does not have a camera, you may still participate by listening, and to communicate use the chat function.

    Click on the Zoom link contained in this email. You may be required to enter a password to proceed.  Follow the prompts…. If this is your first time using Zoom a small app will be downloaded & installed to your device.  

    The views between desktop and mobile device versions of Zoom are slightly different, with the controls being located in different areas. You may have look for them, depending on which version you are using.

    You will be asked to 'Join Using Video'… say Yes.  then 'Join with Audio'… say Yes.

    OR it may be the opposite, joining both by default, and asking if you want to delete video.

    At this point, you should see any other people who are already in the room.

    Chances are, you entered the room with your microphone muted.  This is done to keep background noise to a minimum.  For people to hear you, you must unmute yourself.  You may also turn off your camera at any time to prevent others from seeing you.

    Near the top right corner of the zoom window, you will see either SPEAKER VIEW or GALLERY VIEW.  Pressing on it, toggles between the two.

      Click on Speaker view and you’ll see what Gallery view looks like.  Gallery view lets you see more people at one time.  Go ahead and switch back and forth to see which view you prefer.


    How Do I Navigate the Website?

    You can navigate to different pages/sections of the website by clicking on any items on the top menu bar (listed horizontally) and sub-menu items (listed vertically when hovering over the top menu item).
